Nutella Cookies

My good friend Katie and I adapted this recipe from a peanut butter cookie recipe she had in her cookbook.

This recipe makes ~32 cookies

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup Nutella
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 egg

1 1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp. baking powder

3/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
 
Mix butter, Nutella, sugars, and egg thoroughly.  Add dry ingredients to mixture.  Heat oven to 375 degrees F.  Dollop dough onto cookie sheet in small plops.  Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

For best effect, make ice cream sandwiches.
